Waiver
In consideration of the acceptance of my entry in the Fiji Bula Marathon, I for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I have against the Fiji Bula Marathon or associated events, the host country, officials, sponsors and their representatives and any claims of damages, demands or actions as a result of my participation in the Fiji Bula Marathon and associated events, including, but not limited to any injury or loss I might suffer. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks involved in participating in an athletic event of this type. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have trained for the completion of the event entered and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. Furthermore I agree to abide by all race rules and decisions of race officials and I consent to receive any medical assistance deemed necessary during the course of the event. I give full permission for the use of my name, picture and voice in any media coverage, promotion or other account of the event. I understand that my entry is non refundable and that race numbers are non transferable.
